Our Rooms

Our rooms are all en-suite, recently upgraded and tastefully presented. They all have televisions, radio alarms, hairdryer and morning tea and coffee trays.

We have available eight en-suite letting bedrooms in total. All of our rooms are either double or twin rooms. We have one ground floor room with en-suite bathroom. The Coach House comprises of one double and one twin-bedded room and is ideally suited for families.

Room 1

Room 1 is one of our three superior rooms. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and looks out over the garden to the rear of the house, with views of Low Fell and Fell Barrow beyond. The stunning en-suite bathroom not only has a shower but is also furnished with a roll-top slipper bath, an ideal place to relax and unwind!

Room 2

This comfortable double room enjoys views of the garden and Fell Barrow at the rear of the house, and has an en-suite shower room.

Room 3 - Four-poster Room

Our superior four-poster room is a large dual-aspect room with a king-size four-poster bed. The en-suite has a large walk-in shower. The room has views of Kirk Fell at the front of the house and overlooks the garden to the side.

Room 4

This twin-bedded room has an en-suite shower room with views of Kirk Fell at the front of the house.

Room 5

This cosy double room with sloping ceilings is located in the eaves of the house. Jane and Peter have recently refurbished this room, so that it now has its own en-suite shower room complete with spacious walk-in shower.

Room 6 - Ground Floor Room

The ground floor bedroom is one of our superior rooms and is furnished with a super king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, and the bedroom enjoys views of the garden and Fell Barrow beyond. This room can also be made into a twin-bedded room should you require.

Room 7

This is one of two bedrooms located in the Coach House, which is adjacent to the Main House. The room has a super king-size bed and an en-suite shower.

Room 8

This is the second Coach House room which is a twin-bedded room, with a bath with shower over in the en-suite bathroom.
