• Children under 8 years by special arrangement.

• To secure a booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of £25.00 per person. For bookings cancelled at less than 14 days’ notice, two thirds of the total value of the booking will be charged. At 48 hours or less notice, the total value of the booking will be charged.

• Most major credit/debit cards are accepted.

• We ask that you vacate your room by 10.30am.

• The outside doors are locked between 11.30pm and 7.00am. Please let us know if you require alternative arrangements.

• Please note that this is a totally non-smoking establishment and it is against the law to smoke on the premises.

• No pets are accepted apart from assist dogs.

• We reserve the right to amend the tariff.
